Also, different cuisine can eat through the trek like local foods, noodle soup, rice items, potatoes, bread, with fresh organic vegetables. It is a fabulous trekking route in Nepal, throughout the walking on crop terraced, realistic Nepalese villages and wealthy forest.

Our guide escort Ruby valley three passes trek commence from Kathmandu with a day drive on the unpaved and pitch mountain road. The drive ended at Manbu village above the Buri Gandaki River then our stunning Ruby valley trek continues walking through rice terraced, village and blooming forest then crossing first pass Magni Goath (3,000 m) then entering colorful Ruby valley, hugely populated by the Gurung and Tamang people. The naturally and culturally rich valley looks colorful because of the magnificent landscapes of farming terraced and vibrate ethnic villages. Then enjoy the natural hot spring on the bank of Aakhu River before reaching another colorful village, Chalish. Our spectacular mountain hike continues on the Christianity and Buddhist community villages and also visiting a few Buddhist monasteries and gompa. We then reaching Pangsang/Pansang La Pass (3,890 m) and it provides panoramic Mountain View of the Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Annapurna mountain range. After that our route follows in the south direction on the large grassy pasture. Then finally ascend and crossing the highest altitude pass, Sing la pass (4,080 m). The Sing la pass provides great sceneries of the Himalayas and meandering valley with assorted landscapes of rice terraced. The remaining trek passes on the colorful farmland that approaches mesmerizing sceneries of the superlative valley. Now we have a day drive to Kathmandu, the drive pass vibrate Trishuli Bazar and Kakani to Kathmandu.

Daily itinerary

It is a long day drive from Kathmandu to Manbu village, the large village occupied by multiple ethnic groups. It about 8-9 hours' drive in the countryside. Our bus drive starts from Kathmandu on a paved road then from Dhading Beshi drive continuous on zig-zag tar road through the rice porch and crossing stream to Manbu village. The tranquility Nepalese village has the charismatic culture of Ghale and Gurung people also can enjoy your evening with watching a live cultural shows.

After breakfast at Manbu village, follow an uphill trail through the dense villages of the multiple ethnic groups, and then we take a lunch break at Dhunchet village. Our trail provides excellent sceneries of the Budi Gandaki valley with diverse landscapes. As people around here are Buddhist disciplines, the trail is embellished by traditional Buddhist Chorten and Buddhist praying flags. After lunch our trail uninterrupted with a sturdy climb into the solid forest of mixed vegetation. Also passing the large boulder midst of the jungle and get a breathtaking view of snow peaks including Baudha Himal and Himal Chuli. We settle our tented camp midst of the forest right above the large rock, the villager grows potatoes around here and also seasonally animals graze.

From our camp, the Ruby valley three passes trek continuously into the deep forest of the pine, rhododendron, and high altitude bamboo shrubs and then crossing first pass (Magni Pass). From Magni Goth provides a clear and finest glance of Pangsang la pass on far distance. While hiking on the lush green forest often spot multiple color birds and some animals like grey color monkey, deer, etc. Then trailhead downhill with crossing a few streams to Khading village. Khading, the large Gurung village and from here one of the branch trail leads to Manaslu circuit trek with crossing Tham Bhanjyang.

Now standing center of the ruby valley and enjoy with delightful sceneries. Then follow the downhill trail on the crop field and then cross the stream. A short climb up brings us to the stone resting place that offers stunning sights of the Khading village also the magnificent view of the farming terrace. Our trail continues on the grassy slope often see Tamang people harvesting the grains. This route offer a picturesque view of the Lapa village and Borang above the Ankhu River. We then reaching Lapchet village and stop for lunch. A trailhead down to Ankhu River and climb up to Kapur gaon, the village has some old-style Chorten also have Gompa. Next village Richet, it is Christin community also have church after that slide climb up into the rhododendron forest to Ludo Danda School. Our trek continuous on the forest often see the animal cow, sheep, goat are pasturing and then passing through terraced of the millet, barley to Tir Gaon. The village has been washed by divesting landslide in 2050 BC and most of the house family died.

Leaving the village behind and trailhead on the crop field to the hot spring on the bank of the Panchatse Khola. The natural hot spring located on a peace and harmony area where local people hardly come cross. Still, two Tamang village is beyond the hot spring, both of the villagers supporting their life by animal husbandry and harvesting seasonal mountain herbs. The Hindung villages lying east of the river and Kalo Pokhari and Seto Pokhari route continues afar the village. After taking a dip into the hot spring cross another river that follows from Paldor peak. Here often see the people fishing on the stream. We then ascend on the terraced field to Chalish village. After tea at tented camp or home-stay culture excursion of the Gurung Museum and blacksmith factory where they manufacture all the needs like Gurkha knife, Sickles, Axe, and Cooking pot.

Leaving the colorful Gurung village and heading uphill into the crops field with looking stunning view of Ganesh Himal range. Also, visit Sertung village, then about a 30-minute walk afar the village to the isolate Phyangchet monastery and Ghale palace. A branches trail leading afar monastery that directly leading to Sing la pass. Her we can see mixed culture like Buddhists, Hindu, and Christin. Follow flatten trail till Adha Khola where the electricity produced on the hydropower. Then steeply climbing up on the zig-zag path all the way to Tipling village, the large village mostly occupied by Tamang and Dalit people. In the present day, the people changed their region from Buddhist to Christin. Buddhism still exist that’s the reason still see Gompa, Chorten, Mani-wall, series of the stone cairn, and Buddhist praying flags. It is a great place for Tamang culture excursion and sees the life of the mountain people. We can see the villager carry a huge load on their lower back like timber and grass from jungle to home. Now ascending into the compressed forest of rhododendron, pine, and larch to our camp. We set our camp middle of the pine forest where the herdsman keeps cow, goat, sheep, and yak during the summer period.

The day begins with birds chirping in the forest also often hear the roaring of the barking deer. This is the main trail for local people to go town but it often close-down during the main snowing period (January to March) due to the heavy snow-fall over the Pangsang La Pass. In the dry season, the jeep directly reaches to Pangsang La pass from Kathmandu via Syafru Besi. A trek climb throughout the remarkable forest that provides an excellent view of Ganesh Himal and the Ruby valley. The thriving mountain flower covered the trail also blossoming of the dwarf flower, rhododendron, and magnolia. Rare Red Panda often spots and some common animals regular seen like monkeys. We have solid climb through the forestry and pasturing ground to Pangsang la pass. Upon arrival, Pansang La pass gets an awesome view of the Himalayas including Annapurna mountain range on far-right then Lamjung Himal, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Paldor Peak, and Langtang Himal on left. Pangsang La is a phenomenal viewpoint in Ruby valley trek. The simple tea house seasonally and mostly selling alcohol and soft drinks with instant noodles and biscuits. If the time allows walk a few hundred above the camp on the Tiru Danda ridge that offers an impressive view of the diverse landscapes and the Himalayas. In the evening enjoy the glorious sunset on the snow-clad mountains.

Early morning climb to the viewpoint on the south side of the camp and watch the stunning sunrise over the Himalayas. After breakfast trailhead on the long ridge that definitely the best part of your trek. You will have a magical view of the lovely natural setting both side of the edge. Then back to tree lines and walking throughout the rhododendron forest mainly see white, red, and pink color. On foot of the ridge crossing a small stream and then ascend up on the pine forest and passing long grassy pasture where we can find mountain herb that uses as a homeopathy medicine also sell in th market. We set our camp right below the Sing La pass because there is no water source and strong wind at the Sing La pass. Gokchet is a beautiful animal pasturing area during the summer nearest village's herdsman brought animals here.

Another beautiful hiking day on day 9 of the Ruby valley three passes trek with crossing excellent pass 4,050 m above sea level. It is last and impressive pass of our trek. From our camp straight climb up in the deep forest and windy ridge to Sing la pass summit. Sing la pass provides dramatic view of the Himalayas and the best vision of Langtang Himal range and Ganesh Himal. You can have your own time taking a picture around and admire the alpine terrain. On the perfect weather day can see Lauribinayak, Thulo Pangsang and Trishuli Bazar from here. An undulating trailhead thru the forest and alpine pasture to our camp, Gongam Bhanjyang. In the nights have striking view of lighting on the town.

From beginning to end descending into the forest, villages, and rice terrace to Kaule Village. We finally get back to the human residence and have a culture glance. The trek commences walking through the forest, high chance to encounter different species of the birds and grey monkey. Upon arrival, the village visit a beautiful Buddhist monastery at Balche Village. From the courtyard of the gompa catch magnificent view of meandering rice terrace down on the Trishuli valley. After lunch here trail continuously descending through the villages and crop field to our camp at Kaule village. Last night in the mountain celebrate your trek success party with the entire crew before goodbye to your Nepalese friends.

After more than a week in the remote mountain village returning to Kathmandu. Early morning kitchen team prepares delightful breakfast and after eaten breakfast, we board on the vehicle that takes about 6-7 hours' drive to Kathmandu. First, an hour's drive goes on the dirt and bumpy road to Bedrawoti Bazar. Then toward drive road comparatively better than earlier because of the paved road. It is a scenic drive that offers gorgeous sceneries of the mountains, thriving river, countryside and the lifestyle of the mountain people. On arrival Kathmandu transfer to your hotel.
