Daily itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu to Phaplu (2,440 m)

The drive distance to Phaplu is 185 km and taking approximately 8 hours on the paved road. It is scenery drive including Blue River, magnificent landscapes, dotted village on the hill, and countryside also a panoramic view of mountain range. Also, often pass ancient Buddhist sites. After reaching Phaplu and room check-in side trek to Chewong monastery, ancient Buddhist monastery set on the mountain.
Day 02: Phaplu to Nunthala (2500 m)

Day 03: Nunthala to Khari Khola (2030 m)

Day 04: Khari Khola to Panggom (2845 m)

Day 06: Ramailo Danda to Chhatra Khola (2800 m)

Day 10: Thangak to Khare (5080 m)

Day 11: Khare to Mera High Camp (5760 m)

Awaited day in Mera peak climb journey, the kitchen crew arrange warm breakfast in the morning, the weather could be really cold but will be found after while walking. The further up route is pretty good on stranger ridge, you will be blessed with golden sunrise on snow peak near to the summit. After taking pictures of summit retrace to camp for the lunch then walk down to Khare for the night.
Day 14: Khare to Kothe (3640 m)

From Thuli Kharka steady ascend up to Zatarwa la pass, the pass offers a stunning view of both Makalu-Barun and Sagarmatha national park with the picturesque view of the Lukla airport. We follow down a trail to Lukla.

Essential Information
Physical fitness for Mera Peak Climbing
Mera peak, the highest non-technical trekking peak in Nepal where the climber can ascend with an assist by local Sherpa guide as well as the basic climbing gear are mandatory. Any physical fit adventure travelers can climb Mera peak with previous high altitude experienced. Beyond that, you will be toughed climbing technique by climbing guide at the Mera peak high camp. A lunch will be eaten around the midday on way to next destination then dinner and breakfast on the same teahouse/camp where halt for the overnight. You are allowed to choose any food items from the menu cart where verities of the local and international foot are listed. The foods will be prepared by a local chef with organic vegetable. The camping crew will be involved for overnight at high camp where an expert trekking chef prepares basic meals in the tent with hot drinks.
