Annapurna Circuit trek is a very popular trek in Nepal. This trek is semi-moderate grade. The trekking trail offers much variety of the natural beauty of nature and culture diversity, where different Ethnic group has habitation on different elevations. The trail continues along the Marshyangdi river passing amazing landscapes of paddy fields, sub-tropical alpines than dry semi-desert which is similar to that in Tibet then after world highest Thorong La pass trek descent along Kali Gandaki valley.

The trail continues with a wide variety of climate zone from tropics at 700m walking along the Maehsyandi river and passing paddy fields, subtropical forests, villages of different Ethnic groups and massive waterfalls, gargantuan cliffs, ancient Monasteries, beautiful lakes, awesome view of the world's giant mountains such as Annapurna I,II,III,IV, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri and numerous other snow-peaks. You continue the trek uphill to the Thorong La pass 5416m. After Thorong La pass the trek descends to Kaligandaki valley passing the world's deepest gorge between two giant mountains, take a dip in hot spring and climb up to Poon Hill to see the best sun rise view point in Nepal.

Day 01:

Day 02: Kathamandu valley Sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Bulbule 840m- 7hrs dive. Overnight at guesthouse. 

Day 04: Bulbule to Ghyarmu phant 1130m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 05: Ghyarmu to Dharapani 1900m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 06: Dharapani to Chame 2700m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 07: Chame to Pissang 3310m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08: Pissang to Manang 3450m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 09: Acclimatization in Manang. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 10: Manag –Yak kharka 4050m- 4hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 11: Yak Kharka to Hi Camp 4850m- 4hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse. 

Day 12: Hi Camp to Muktinath 3800m- 8hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 13: Muktinath to Thini 3000m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 14: Thini to Kalapani 2535m- 7hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 15: Kalapani to Tatopnai 1100m- 6hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 16: Tatopani to Pawadar 1935m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 17: Paudar to Khopra 3600m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 18: Khopra to Dobato 3440m- 6hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 19: Dobato to Ghandrunk 1900m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 20: Ghandrunk to Pokhara 850m- 1hr Trek. Overnight at Hotel.

Detail Itinerary

Detail Itinerary of 20Days Annapurna Circuit Trek.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathamdu 1350M/4428FT. 
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport. You'll be received by our official representative, then transfer to hotel. 
Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Kathamandu valley Sightseeing.
Today is a day of explore the Heritage and Cultural site of Kathamndu valley. Our guide will take you around the Kathamndu valley.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu – Bulbule 840M/2755FT- 7hrs by driving.
The bus departs early morning around 6am. Its an interesting drive through Prithivi Highway passing cultivated greeneries, the Trishuli river where people do rafting, continuing along the Marshyandi river and paddy farms to Beshisahar. From here you can either walk or take a short bus ride to Bulbule, depending on the weather.

Day 04: Bulbule to Ghyarmu village 1130M/3706FT.
Trek starts on passing beautiful waterfall after crossing the suspension bridge, its a gradual up to the beautiful village and steep up path brings you at Bahun Dada. Now trek descend to catch the spectacular view of the Marhsyandi valley and greeneries of Paddy farms. The trail continues along massive cut off rocks reaching Ghyarmu.

Day 05: Ghyarmu – Dharapani 1900M/6232FT- 5hrs Trek.
Our trek starts walk downhill crossing the Marshyandi river through suspension bridge to take a bus for 1:20 hrs to Chamje. Here you cross another suspension bridge trekking gradual uphill on rough and paved pass passing some local houses.You may encounter grey monkeys along this trail. You pass a ravine,water fall where you stop for lunch After lunch you trek along the ravine valley until you reach at Dharapani.

Day 06: Dharapani – Chame 2700M/8856FT.
Depending on road conditions you either trek or take a jeep. The jeep takes 2hrs uphill 500m and it takes 5hrs to trek to Chame- The District administration of Manang. The town has internet and trekking gears also available. You can dip in the hot spring just at the side of the Marshyandi river.

Day 07: Chame – Pissang 3310M/10856FT- 4hrs Trek.
The trek starts and passing through the local village, beautiful ancient mani wall, lush green pine forest with massive ravine on both sides. You get the view of Lamjung Himal on the vertical slope. Trekking on you arrive at the Apple garden at Bratang, You then cross the river and climb uphill where you view the awesome the Himalayas- Annapurna II, Pissang. You will have lunch here right under the magnificent view of natures natural beauty. After lunch you trek for about an hour to reach Pisang. You can do a short trek to Upper Pissang for sunset view and the beautiful Tibetan Monastery.

Day 08: Pissang – Manang 3450M/11316FT- 5hrs Trek.
Today you leave the greeneries behind as you trek along uphill with more scenic views. After crossing the river you climb switch-back up to Gyaru, where you will get the massive Mtountain views with down valley. The trek continues with more scenic views until you reach the typical Tibetan style village Ngawal. After lunch descending and level walk brings you to Munji. From here its an easy hours walk to the village Manang.

Day 09: Acclimatize Day
Today we have ACCLIMATIZE day. Depending on your interest we decide on what you want to do... an easy and short hike. Crossing the river and walking up hill over looking the beautiful Gangapurna Glacier lake, climbing further up to the view point at the ridge where you see the Gangapurna glacier and the picturesque Manang village. This trip will take 3/4 hrs round trip.

You can do a little tough hike to 100Rs monk. You climb up through the buckwheat cultivation on the rough trail, reaching the top. From here you get a superb view of the Annapurna range, Tilicho peak, Gangapurna with Manang valley. You then descend to Manang.

Day 10: Manag – Yak kharka 4050M/13284FT- 4hrs Trek.
The trek goes gradual up through the Manang village passing the chorten, mani wall, stupa crossing on the beautiful fertilized land to reach Tanki Manang. Along the trail we will encounter wild animal blue sheep, pleasant and yak and the trail offers magnificent view of Himalayas mountain. After lunch you trek uphill for few hundreds meter.

Day 11: Yak Kharka – Hi Camp 4850M/15910FT- 4hrs Trek.
Today you will see sunshine view over the Legendary Himalaya's. The trail goes gradual up on the yak pasture to Ledar and continuing on the level trail on the scrub, crossing the river and than arrive at Phed. Now we have a steep climb up to Hi Camp.

Day 12: Hi Camp – Throng La 5416m/17764FT – Muktinath 3800M/12465FT- 9hrs Trek. 
Today is long day and tough day in our journey. Trek starts very early in the morning. The trail is much uphill, climbing up passing the first tea shop, continuing on rough ground or on snow covered ground all the way to top(5416m). At the top there is Buddhist flag and tea shop where you will get hot drinks. Walking 20m further up you will see the frozen ice lake at bottom of the Throung peak. From here the trail descends steep down 4hrs with magnificent view of Mt. Dhaulagir and other mountains with Kaligandaki valley to Muktinath, where you can visit the vishnu temple, monastery,108 water tap and natural burning gas.

Day 13: Muktinath – Thini 3000M/9840FT- 5hrs Trek.
The trail descends through the village then its a gradual uphill to ridge. The ridge offers great view of the Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, tilicho and Kaligandaki valley. Than go steep down to Luprak after that walk along the river to Jomsom. Now the path lead gradual up to Thini.

Day 14: Thini – Kalapani 2535M/8314FT- 7hrs Trek. 
We leave thini village and journey start and passing the beautiful and attractive Dumba lake which is a such a beautiful and see shadow. Now we walk along the Kaligandi river passing Tibetan refugee camp, Tukche, Larjung and than Kalaponi.

Day 15: Kalapani – Tatopnai 1100M/3608FT- 6hrs Trek. 
An early morning to see sunrise over the Himalayas. We trek on in the dense pine forest and than along. The trail continues passing Kopchepani and Pairothaplo where you will visit the world's deepest gorge between two giant mountain above the 8000m. Passing through cultivated land and village. After lunch the trek continues the along the river, crossing the suspension bridge to reach Tatopani where you visit the hot spring for a refreshing dip to loosen up your muscles.

Day 16: Tatopani – Pawadar 1935M/6290FT- 4hrs Trek.
Our journey to along the river. Crossing the suspension bridge, its a climb up, passing the villages where you get a great view of the mountains and valley. Trekking on you reach Shikha where you will see sun set over the Dhaulagir, Nilgiri south, Annapurna south.

Day 17: Pawadar – Khopra 3600M/11808FT- 5hrs Trek.
The trail for today ascends steeply up through the dense forest of Rhododendron. In spring the forest is very colorful because of blooming of Rhododendron flower. We trek through villages, climbing up on the forest all the way to Khopra, often meeting the grey colored monkey in this forest.

Day 18: Khopra – Dobat 3450M/11316FT- 6hrs Trek.
Today an early morning. You trek 25minute uphill to the view point called Maulde Hill where you see sun rise over more than 15 snow-capped mountains and take AWESOME! Photographs of legendary Himalaya and retracing to lodge. Our trek go uphill to another view point which offer same views as Poon Hill and then you trek downhill through the pine forest to Bhanthanti where you stop for lunch. After lunch its downhill through the Rhododendron forest then steep up to Tadapani.

Day 19: Dobato – Ghandrunk 1900M/6230FT- 5hrs Trek.
We will see sunrise over the Dhaulagiri, Annapurna south, 12peak. Our trek continues in the dense Rhododendron forest all the way through beautiful typical gurung ethnic Gurkha village called Gandrunk. After lunch explore the village and visit the gurung museum.

Day 20: Ghandrunk – Pokhara 1:20 Trek then- 3hrs drive.
You can also see the trail leading to very famous and adventurous Annapurna Base Camp. Trek continue through the village, paddy territory to bus station. We have enjoyable off-road drive to Nayapul and then Pokhara.
