This trekking trail continue through the dense dotted village and explores the variety of ethnic groups, their culture and musical program in the villages with magnificent view of the Himalayas. It takes you through the beautiful Tamang, Maji and Helmo villages. The view point of Sailung and Hill Devi is an awesome sight, where you see many mountains with low land valley. Then we have a fantastic typical cultural and musical program at Doramba and Labughat. We trek along the Sunkoshi river to Labughat and then drive to kathmandu.

Outline Itinerary. 
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1300m. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 03: Kathmandu to Khola Kharka 2950m- 7hr drive. Overnight at Lodge.

 Day 04: Khola kharka to Surkhe1850m- 5hr Trek. Overnight at home-stay.

 Day 05: Surkhe to Dorangba 2035m- 5hr Trek. Overnight at home-stay.

 Day 06: Doranba to Dongme 1980m- 5hr Trek. Overnight at home-stay.

 Day 07: Dongme to Labughat 600m- 5hr Trek. Overnight at home-stay.

 Day 08: Labughat to Dhulikhel 1550m- 1hrs Trek and 3hrs drive.

 Day 09: Dulikhel to Kathmandu 2hrs drive. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 10: Departure.

Detail Itinerary

Detail Itinerary of 10Days Indigenous People Trail.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1350m/4428ft.
On arrival at Tribhuwan international airport, our official representative waiting you at arrival gate with your name on sign board then S/he transfer to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley.
Today you have a historical and cultural sightseeing in Kathmandu valley where your guide help to explore the city of deity. These places are 
Kathmandu Durbar-Square: The home of Newari architecture and living goddess.
Swambhunath Temple: The tample is located at hill, see great view of valley, blend of Hinduism and Buddhism and meet the hundreds of monkey around the Swambhunath.
Bouddhanath Stupa: The largest colorful Buddhist stupa in the world's. 
Pashupatinath Temple: Home of lord Shiva and cremate of dead body.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu – Khola Kharka 2950m/9676ft- 7hrs by driving.
The  drive start from Kathmandu and it continues Mudhe – Dhunge - Khola Kharka. The drive offers history and awesome Himalaya and Hill panoramas. Photograph the Sunset on Mount Gaurishankar (7134mts) before retiring for the evening and overnight at the community lodge at Kholakharka.

Day 04: Khola Kharka – Surkey 1850m/6068ft- 5hrs Trek.
Enjoy sunrise views of the Himalaya Panorama from Thulo Sailung while also visiting Sano Sailung sacred caves, Tiger rocks and Chhortens. Thulo Sailung is regarded by the Tamang people as the abode of the territorial deity, Sailung Phoi Sabda Karpo, ("Sailung's White Male Lord of the Earth"). Visit Rajveer Gomba and forest after lunch. Savour the evening Sherpa cultural Programme.

Day 05: Surkey – Dorangba 2035m/6675ft- 5hrs Trek.
We have easy and great trek day passing throughout cultivate farming and dense rhododendron forest. The trail offers breath-taking view of valley, mountains and dotted village on the hills to Dorangbha. The attraction of Dorangbha village is cultural performances showing by the monks from the monastery and Tamang selo showing by mother group of villagers.
Overnight home-stay and community lodge.

Day 06: Dorangba – Dongme 1980m/6494ft- 5hrs Trek.
Trek towards Augleshwori hill with stunning views of the Himalaya and the rolling Mahabharat hills below then descending to lunch spout at Galba Bazaar before walking through the terraced landscape and pine forest to the sacred Khandadevi temple. Visit the temple and enjoy a tunning sunset view and sight of the Sun koshi River 1500m below. Relax with traditional Tamang Home-stay Hospitality.

Day 07: Dongme – Lughuhgat 600m/1968ft- 5hrs Trek.
Our trail lead up-hill to Hill Devi, Hill Devi itself is view point before descent to the village of Lubughat on bank of Sun koshi River, famous for adventure rafting. Learn traditional river fishing with the Majhi community and relax on the sandy beach beside the river. The local people heartily welcome to visitor and serve them typical local authentic dish of fresh fish caught from Sunkoshi river and after dinner they have typical cultural show for traveller, where they smearing mud all over the body and wearing leaves on the naked body and dance on rhythm of local music.

Day 08: Lubhughat – Dulikhel 1550m/5084ft- 1:20 drive to Kathmandu.
The trail continues on along the Sunkoshi river to Nepalthok. We often cross the suspension bridge, It takes nearly 1:20 minute then take a bus to Dhulikhel. The drive provides stunning view of landscapes and villages all the way to Dulikhel. Dulikhel located on at the ridge from here you will be seen sunrise and sunset on panoramic Himalayas including Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang range, Gaurishanker and Everest range.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Dulikhel – Kathmandu
Today, we have a short drive to Kathmandu, while driving to Kathmandu we bypass the Bhaktapur Durbar-square. If you interest to visit Bhaktapur, we will stop and explore the Bhaktapur.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Departure 
According to your flight schedul, you will be transffered to the international airport.

Imodium or Pepto Bismo capsules for upset stomach or diarrheal.
Diamox(commonly prescribed as Acetazolamide) 125 or 250mg tablets for altitude sickness. Please talk to with trek leader before taking medicine.
1Small personal sized first-aid kit with blister treatments such as mole skin, band aides,
anti-infection ointments, etc.
Your guides will have more extensive medical gear, but you should have the basics for general use.
