We are arranging a guide and porter from Lukla at a cheap cost. We have a cost variation of field staff accordingly to their working experience, speaking skills, and knowledge. We are charging U$D50 for the agency service charge (One time pay). Musical trek insured all the field staff for safety. The guide, porter guide, and porter daily wages included salary, food, accommodation, and personal trekking gear. The agency has done the insurance of the crew during the trip. Who is the mountain trek porter
The mountain trekking porter is the main key of the trip. The porter's job is delivering the luggage safely to the next camp. Most of the mountain trek porters are male and they carry 15-20 Kg. The porter is primarily strong and high altitude experienced. Our porter has little English that is enough to communicate with each other. A porter is always happy with their job and delivers the luggage on time in the camp. A porter always gives a genuine and friendly presence throughout the journey.
Who is the porter guide (Porter Cum Guide)
A porter guide doing dual work in the trip. Initially porter guide is the early stage of the licensed trek guide. Who had crossed the porter period and received the trekking guide licensed but not granted as a senior trekking guide. That’s the reason for carrying client luggage (maximum 12 Kg) and guiding the trip. The Porter cum guide speaks good English but is not excellent and is familiar with the route.
Who is the experience licensed mountain trek guide
Experienced licensed trek guides have a vast knowledge about the route, culture, and extensive knowledge about the flora and fauna. A licensed guide does not carry any luggage of the client but assistance happily. Our mountain guides have good communication skills, friendly and patience. The guide has also achieved a first aid course and effectively manage the critical moments. The mountain guide knows how to deal with high altitude.
