Day 05: Dharapani - Takam - Muri (1,810 m/5,936 Ft)

Day 06: From Muri to Boghara ([Bagara] (2,060 m/6,755 Ft)

Today trail contains downhill, level, and steeply up last section of the trek. The trek starts after breakfast in the lodge, following the downhill trail to the small stream then walking in the middle of the huge boulder where the path builds with carving that offers a gorgeous view of the meandering river, waterfall and the valley. Before entering the valley have a glimpse of the Dhaulagiri range and Ghustung south (6,465 m) from Ghorban Danda. A trek continues to Boghara, walking along the west side of the Myagdi Khola with passing small Naura village, the path is fully covered by grass on the sloppy mountains. Day 07: From Boghara trek to Dovan (2,620 m/8,595 Ft)

Day 16: Marpha - Tatopani - Pokhara (850 m/2,788 Ft)

Today we are reaching to Pokhara, the city of mountains and lakes, there is two way to get Pokhara either overland drive or take a short mountain flight from Jomsom. Jomsom to Pokhara flight operates from 06:00 am to 12:00 pm as soon as good weather. And each flight takes only 20 minutes for one way.
Marpha to Jomsom overland trip begins about 06: am and about 10 hours' drive, we follow the dusty and bumpy off-road drive to Beni Bazar where we begin our trek. Marpha to Beni drive provides an excellent view of the waterfall, mountains, gorge, and diverse landscapes. After Beni Bazar drives continuous on tar road that takes around 4 hours to Pokhara. We arrange your accommodation at Lakeside Pokhara, comfortable for shopping, exclusive restaurant, and Pokhara tour.
Day 17: Pokhara – Kathmandu (1,350 m/4,428 Ft)
30 Min Flight or 8 Hrs Drive Breakfast Hotel
There is an option to get back Kathmandu from Pokhara, like a 20-minute flight and overland drive. The 20-minute flight is the best way to get back Kathmandu although cost U$D124. The standard and deluxe tourist bus depart daily from near to Lake Side Pokhara. It roughly takes 6-8 hours to reach Kathmandu, possibly to traffic along the drive but it is an absolutely scenic drive. On your drive journey bus stop along the way for the toilet, breakfast, and lunch.

Best Trekkking Season For Dhaulagiri Round Trek
You already got the idea from details that it is a physically demanding trek and also know have to sleep 4 nights in the tented camp above 4000 m. Along the Dhaulagiri circuit trek walking over 2 high passes French Pass (5,360 m) and Dhampus Pass (5,245 m). Good weather/climate is most important to succeed in the challenging Dhaulagiri round trek. Since Nepal has four-season climate can do trek throughout the year in different climate zone and different area but spring (April & May) and autumn (September & October) are best trekking season for Dhaulagiri round trek. September and October are the best months of the year among these two seasons, it is past-monsoon and not cloud, fog, smoke yet all in high above and get a stunning view with combined of blue sky, white mountains, and yellow-green landscapes valley. We strongly recommend do not plan Dhaulagiri trek throughout the March because extremely cold and difficult to cross the ice and glaciers. We can do April and March but possibly have a harsh temperature/climate. So highly recommend snow and ice spikes and waterproof snow gaiters for the spring season.
Starting and exit of Dhaulagiri Round Trek
Starting point of Dhaulagiri trek, have to reach Darbang Myagdi and it connected by overland road from Kathmandu and Pokhara. Full day (10 hours) drive bring us, Beni Bazar, from Kathmandu follows the zig-zag windy road on the sloppy mountains. Before the drive road access to Muktinath temple and Upper Mustang, many trekkers walk out and in Beni Bazar.
A challenging Dhaulagiri circuit trek ends either Marpha or Jomsom village and then possible to extend the trek along the Annapurna circuit trek route. After arriving Marpha/Jomsom you probably fatigue and get back to Pokhara in this situation, there is two way to get back Pokhara either fly or drive. 20 minutes is the best option to get back town but often be delayed or canceled due to the poor weather. Then overland drive takes 10 hours to Pokhara the road comprises dust bumpy and tar.
