Introduction

Annapurna Base Camp Trekking.
Annapurna base camp trek, a moderate trek can be done throughout the year in Nepal. The trek starts with a drive from Pokhara taking you through interesting traditional villages, farming landscapes, stunning waterfall, rhododendron forest, animals and snowcapped mountains. You will see a breathtaking sunrise from Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp including many high peaks: Dhaulagiri, Annapurna rages, Machhapuchhare, Manaslu etc. There is a natural hot spring where you can take a dip along the trail of Annapurna Base Camp.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1350m. Overnight at hotel

Day 02: Kathmandy to Pokhara 850m- 7hrs drive. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Pokhara to Hille 1450m- 4hrs Trek. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Hille to Ghodepani 2750m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 05: Ghodepani to Tadapani 2680m- 6hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 06: Tadapani to Sinuwa 2240m- 6hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 07: Sinuwa to Himalaya 2820m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08: Himalaya to MBC 3740m- 4hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 09: MBC to ABC 4130m- 2hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse. 

Day 10: ABC to Dovan 2505m- 6hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 11: Dovan to Januwa Danda 1720m- 5hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 12: January Danda to Pothana 1900m- 7hrs Trek. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 13: Pothana to Pokhara- 3hrs Trek and 40minute drive. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14: Pokhara to Kathmandu by 7hrs Drive or  30minute Flight. Overnight at hotel.

Day 15: Kathmandu Sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.

Day 16: Departure.

Detail Itinerary


Detail Itinerary of 16Days Annapurna Base Camp Trek.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu 1350m/4428ft.
On arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, you’ll be received by our official representative then transfer to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu – Pokhara 850m/2788ft- 7hrs drive.

We have a early morning scenic drive from kathmandu to Pokhara through the Prithivi highway. On the way you have a 3hr thrilling white water rafting on Trishuli river before reaching to Pokhara.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Pokhara – Hille 1150m/3770ft- 4hrs Trek.
The first day of your trek is an easy and short walk starting from Nayapul. The trail goes along the Burungdi river with scenic view, passing paddy fields, villages of Birethanti and Ramgai, arriving at Hille. In the afternoon you can explore the village.
Overnight at guest house.

Day 04: Hille – Gorepani 2850m/9348ft- 6hrs Trek.
Today is a tough day of your trek ascending to 1300mtrs. As you trek along you pass typical villages, wide landscape, crossing a suspension bridges and ascending to Uller. From Ulleri the trail takers you through lush green forest where you may see wild animals and colorful birds before reaching Gorepani. From Gorepani you will see the beautiful Himalayan range.

Day 05: Gorepani – Tadapani 2610m/8560ft- 6hrs Trek.
Today is an exiting day of your trek. Early morning is a trek to Poon Hill the view point where you see the awesome sunrise view over the Himalayan range: including western region highest mountain Dhaulagiri, Annapurna range, Nilgiri range, Machhapuchhare, Manaslu and other peaks. After breakfast the trek takes you up hill through dense forest Deurali and then descending to Tadapani.

Day 06: Tadapani – Chhomrong 2170m/7117ft- 5hrs Trek.
Today you trek on stone trail and descend through the forest, passing the Gurung village to the foot of the valley by the river. after crossing the suspension bridge the trek continues with an easy walk to Chhjomrong with more great view of the high mountains.

Day 07: Chhomrong – Dovan 2600m/8528ft- 5hrs Trek.
The trail descends from Chomrong passing the village, after crossing the suspension bridge the trail lead up to Sinuwa with more great views. On the way to Dovan you trek through lush green forest where you may see monkeys and stunning waterfalls.

Day 08: Dovan – Deurali 3220m/10560ft- 5hrs Trek.
The trail today is a gradual up to Deurali. As you trek along the dense forest you pass the sacred jungle goddess temple, Hinku cave and massive waterfalls.

Day 09: Deurali - ABC 4130m/13545ft- 5hrs Trek.
Today the trail continues by the river, steep up on the ravine to reach Machhapuchhare Base Camp. Leaving from Machhapuchhare Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp, the valley widens and the view of the mountains and the glacier becomes much spectacular.

Day 10: ABC – Dovan 2600m/8528ft- 6hrs Trek.
Its an early morning rise at the Annapurna Base Camp to view amazing sunrise on the Himalayas: Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandarva Chuli, Flute peak, Machhapuchhare with numerous other peaks and massive glacier. After breakfast you trek down to Dovan.

Day 11: Dovan – Jhinuwa 1400m/4590ft- 6hrs Trek.
From Dovan the trail takes you through the lush green forest to Sinuwa. From here you trek down hill to cross the river, ascending to Chhomrong then descending to Jhinuwa. At Jhinuwa there is a natural hot spring where you can have dip for relaxation.

Day 12: Jhinuwa – Pothana 2100m/6888ft- 8hrs Trek.
Today the trail descends crossing the suspension bridge, uphill into the jungle to Landrunk. From Landrunk the trail still ascends gradually through the villages, paddy fields and lush green forest to Pothan with great view of the Modi river and great mountain view.

Day 13: Pothana – Pokhara 850m/2788ft- 3hrs Trek then drive.
From Pothana you will see the view of the majestic Himalayan mountains. After breakfast the trek takes you down through the jungle to Dhampus, continuing down to Phedi where you catch the vehicle to Pokhara. As today is the last day of the trek there will be a fare-well dinner with the trekking crew.

Day 14: Pokhara – Kathmandu 7hrs by drive or 30minute flight.
A scenic drive from Pokhara to Kathamndu will takes 7hrs or in optional you will fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. At Kathamndu you will have free time for shopping souvenirs for family and friends.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 15: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing.

Today is a day to explore the Kathmandu valley. Our tour guide will take into the Kathmandu valley for sightseeing. Where you will visit: Pashupatinath Temple, Bauddhanath Stupa and Bhaktapur Durbar-square.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 16: Departure
According to your international flight schedule, you will be transferred to the international airport.
